I wasn’t so happy with the service I received from SURE LOCK & KEY when they installed new locks in my dormitory, but when I called them about it, they came out almost immediately and realized the locks had a manufacturing defect. They quickly replace them and didn’t even charge me anything for the second callout… wish all other companies cared about their customers the way these guys do!

About North Haven
The town of North Haven lies on either side of the Quinnipiac River, in the southern center of New Haven County. Originally a part of New Haven, North Haven was incorporated in 1786. In the early 19th century, North Haven was primarily known for its farming industry, but in the next few decades, the town’s economy and industry grew hugely due to the expansion of brick manufacturing.
