Milan is a part of Dutchess County in New York. It is a town that has a rural vibe. It is located in the northern part of the county. The total area of Milan is 36.5 square miles and the current population is around 2,245 people, according to the 2020 census.
The creation process of Milan began long ago, in 1818. It was developed out of the part of another town called North East. At this period of time, Milan mostly focused on farming and mills. Even though it's one of the fastest-growing towns in Dutchess County, it is still the least populated one.
It's a great place for a drive-through or a walk to enjoy it's beautiful scenery.
