About West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach is a part of Palm Beach County in Florida. It is located across the Lake Worth Lagoon. As a city, it was incorporated in 1903 and was named after Palm Beach. West Palm Beach is the principal city of the Miami Metropolitan area. The total area of the city is 58.2 square miles and the population is approximately 117,000 people, according to the 2020 census.
