I wasn’t so happy with the service I received from SURE LOCK & KEY when they installed new locks in my dormitory, but when I called them about it, they came out almost immediately and realized the locks had a manufacturing defect. They quickly replace them and didn’t even charge me anything for the second callout… wish all other companies cared about their customers the way these guys do!
